1. Stand in front of a mirror with a tape measure. Be sure to wear a bra that fits you well.
2. Pull the tape measure around your chest, just below your underarms. You want the tape measure to be firm against your body but not squeezing you. This measurement is your band size. If you get an odd number, round up.
3. Now, measure loosely around the fullest part of your bustline.
4. Your band measurement subtracted from your bust measurement will give you your cup size. Just find the correct number on this bra size chart.
One size (OS) means that the item only comes in one size that is made to fit a range of sizes.

Orders
Below are are common questions about orders
Your order can be cancelled/changed before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping information email. In this case, you may simply return any unwanted items by following our Return In struction after you receive it within 60 days upon delivery.
You can log into your account on our website to view your order history. You can also review order information in the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase.

Our confirmation letter is sent out automatically by our ordering system. Contact us immediately via customerservice@aimer.com.cn if you have not received a confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order. We will confirm your order on our site and send you another confirmation email with your order number and order details.
There are a few possible reasons that could cause this to happen:
You have entered an incorrect or not frequently used email address when registering on our website. Since our confirmation emails are sent to the email address you registered with us, the letter will be lost.
You used the express checkout feature, which uses the email address associated with your Paypal account. This email address may not be the one you currently use, and it is recommended that you check both for our confirmation email.
Some email systems have filters that classify our email as junk mail to not get to your inbox. However, it is recommended that you look into your junk mail folder before contacting us, as there is a big chance your email system simply blocked it.
The shipping notification email is sent out automatically by our ordering system once your order has been shipped out. If you confirmed the order status as shipped, but didn't receive the shipping notification, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could have been sent to your spam folder. If you still couldn't find the shipping notification, please contact AIMER customer service at customerservice@aimer.com.cn. Any questions, daily reply within 24 hours, holiday reply within 72 hours .
Here at AIMER, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. Please allow 1-2 business days to process the order in addition to the shipping times, normally it will take about 5 to 10 business days to arrive with standard shipping over $59, it will take about 10 to 15 business days to arrive with economy shipping over $89 . On occasion, additional customs, import duties and transaction fees of credit card (Except USA and European Union) cannot be avoided. If there are any duties or fees due to customs inspections or any other fees you were charged, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service via customerservice@aimer.com.cn or online chat.
If you have a special request for your order, you can leave us a message at the “Message” box within your order, we'll review your special request to see if we can make it work or not. We are able to handle most of the customization unless it deviates from our standard products too much.
Shipping

Generally, we need about 1 to 2 business days to process an order before sending it out. For more information of shipping time, please click here.
We aren't able to deliver to PO Boxes via expedited shipping, NOT express shipping. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.
Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your order number along with tracking information. You can also check your order status by visiting the Track Your Order page. The shipping time may vary from country to country. If there is no tracking number updated or the tracking information does not update for about five days, please feel free to contact our email customer@aimer.com.cn
Please verify all of your shipping details were correct. If you find that your details were filled out incorrectly or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team (customer@aimer.com.cn) with the order number and we'll be happy to help.
a) When you receive the parcel, first of all, please check if the package is damaged.If the package is OK, then you are supposed to check whether the products are in good condition. If there are any problems mentioned above, please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact us in time.
b) If you encounter the condition that the parcel must be signed before it can be checked. Please sign for and open the parcel in front of the courier. After checking, if there is no problem then you can give the receipt to the courier. If there is any problem, please give feedback to the courier and contact us immediately. (It is suggested you take pictures of the package box, product boxes, products, waybill, etc. And pictures should be clear and easy to identify. )
c) If you(or your client) do not check the parcel and signed, the commitment that logistics undertakes transportation risk will end. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are not home to sign for your package, you are suggested to contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or nominate a Safeplace or pick it up from your local shipping location later.
Redirect your package to another location, an additional fee may apply.

When we ship our packages to you, there might be no immediate updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit.
Once it has reached the next sort facility, it will update. It may take a couple of days to see any activity once the order is shipped out from our company. If there is still no logistics update after a few days, please submit a ticket on the bottom right “Online Help” or contact our email at customerservice@aimer.com.cn.

Generally, we can only update your shipping address before shipment. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
Please kindly note we are unable to cancel an order after shipment.
Generally speaking, you should sign your parcel by yourself. If you are not at the shipping address when the parcel arrives, you can contact the express company and give your delivery requirements, like leaving the parcel at the required place.
1. The address is not specific enough, so the package cannot be delivered. We will contact you as soon as we become aware of this situation. If we contact you and get no response before the deadline, the package will be returned.
2. The package has not been signed for within the specified time. The logistics company will directly return the package after the expiration date.
Please don't worry, if you encounter this problem, please get in touch with our customer service immediately, we will try our best to solve this problem for you.
We suggest you look around for your parcel first. For example, you can ask your neighbors if they see your parcel or check the condition with the entrance guard. Also, you should contact the local express company for further information. If you still haven't found your parcel, please contact us. We will try our best to help you solve the issue.

If you have received a defective or stained item or a
wrong item you did not order, please submit a ticket on the bottom right “ Online Help” we will get back to you within 24 business hours generally. And if you are at the mobile version, please submit it at the bottom of the page. And you can also contact us via Live Chat on business days.
Please make sure not to return anything before sending the message so we can process the return for you and provide you with the necessary information for the return.
When sending the message, please enclose the order number, the SKU number of the item, a description of the issue, and a few clear photos to show us the exact problem.

You can check the status of your return or exchange under your own Aimer Account.
Most returns can be processed within 3 business days after we receive your package.
If you return for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
If you return for exchange, the replacement order will be dispatched within one week.
Note: Please make sure to keep the tracking number or return receipt for checking.

We will offer a full refund for you on all returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. (exclude return shipping fee and unreturnable items).
Coupon codes and AIMER points will not be refunded as monetary value.
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment. If you would like us to refund the amount to your credit/debit card, that depends on your financial institution which ranges from 3-15 business days. If you would like us to refund the amount to your Paypal account that will take 72 hours.
