Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping method and the destination. You could check the shipping fees while checking out your order and fulfilling the Billing & Shipping information. You could choose the shipping method which you prefer. You may be required to pay any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes that your country requires upon entry of the goods. Please contact your local Customs office for more details, information, and estimated fees before ordering. Please note that these charges are not charged by Aimer, and therefore cannot be refunded by Aimer. If products are refused due to the customer, original and return shipping charges will retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance remaining (if any) will be refunded.
Delivery
If you want to receive the goods as soon as possible and safely, please provide us with the detailed and correct address that can be reached and the correct contact so that we can keep in touch with you. Please note we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed, the shipping address from PayPal is the only address your order to be shipped if your order has been paid via PayPal.
Carriers will not guarantee the arrival dates of packages for irresistible reasons. Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date. Please allow us to tell you that the shipping time will be extended by DHL accordingly in case of shipping address is within a remote area. Please help us check your address from DHL while making an order by using the link http://remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first_main.jsp. The time of the order to be processed as can be seen below:
Order placed during Mon - Thur: Delivery within 36 hours
Order placed on Fri and Weekend (Sat & Sun): Please allow delivery will be processed on the coming Mon. *Except Public Holidays
A signature might be requested upon delivery depending area and freight service. You shall inspect all products promptly upon receipt. If the package is damaged, we strongly recommend you do not sign and accept the products and contact our customer service via email immediately, we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that we only guarantee the date your parcel/s will be shipped to you from us, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel/s could reach you on time because Aimer is unable to control it during shipment which might be influenced by act of God or other irresistible force/s.
In case no one is there to receive your order, you’ll receive a card informing you of the attempted delivery along with details about where and when to collect your package. Packages may be returned to Aimer if no one collects them within 10 days (according to the service of your local post office).
Tracking Your Order
After you place an order online, we will send you an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at customerservice@aimer.com.cn immediately. You will get feedback from our customer service team within 24 hours, except on public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email that will include your tracking number. If there is a case of your tracking number is converted and the shipping of your merchandise is delayed for any reason, you will also be notified by email.
You can check the shipping status of your order at any time. To do so, please use the link specified in the shipping confirmation email. The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again at a later point in time.
If you have lost your tracking number, simply login to your account, select the “order status”, and click on the “order number” to get the tracking number and tracking link under the order detail page.
